Students Honor Civil Rights Icon Ruby Bridges
Posted on 11/19/2025
On Friday, November 14th, our students walked in honor of Ruby Bridges—the courageous first grader who, in 1960, became the first Black student to integrate an all-white elementary school. Her bravery paved the way for generations of students, and we celebrated that legacy by walking as a school community, reflecting on fairness, kindness, and courage.
